Some of my (academic) travel is documented below, descending reverse chronologically.
Regina, 2026
After spending a few weeks in Waterloo, I ventured west to the Summer School on Homotopy Colimits at the University of Regina. We thought about model categories, quasicategories, equivariant things, Goodwillie calculus, and classifying spaces. My conversations with the speakers (and organizers) settled many questions I had on my mind and introduced many more. I also appreciated the chance to reconnect with some attendees of the Atlantic TQFT school.

Halifax, 2026
Mid-May of 2026 led me to the Atlantic TQFT Spring School at Dalhousie University. I spent the week learning (and chatting) about unitary field theories, \((\infty,n)\)-categories, and quantum invariants. More importantly, I met some incredible people.

Utrecht, 2025
In the late summer of 2025, I attended the Summer School on Geometry at the Utrecht Geometry Centre, Universiteit Utrecht. I learned a decent amount of differential topology and algebra, among other things.

I spent the summer of 2025 at the University of Maryland via my MathQuantum fellowship. I ended up studying model theory and learning about proposal writing.
